Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA (In-person) Schedule: Full-Time (M-F, some weekends) Pay: $32.00 - $40.00/hour Travel: 10-20% to sites in Chino, Redlands, and other nearby locations Format: Contract to hire, opportunity to go permanent based on performanceOverview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator III to support psychiatry and pediatric psychiatry clinical trials. This senior-level role involves leading study coordination efforts and supervising junior staff, under the guidance of the Research Manager, VP of Research, and Principal Investigator.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate study activities across teams to ensure timely launches and protocol adherence Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants Communicate regularly with study staff, participants, and sponsors Maintain accurate study documentation and inventory Oversee daily study operations, problem-solving, and data management Handle Investigational Product (IP) per protocol, including phlebotomy (license required) Ensure safety data is reviewed promptly by the PI Uphold participant rights and ethical standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Current California Phlebotomy License required Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience (psychiatric research strongly preferred) Experience with psychiatric rating scales and clinical trials with medications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical systems Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances) Health Benefits / Dental / Vision (Medix Offers 6 different health plans: 3 Major Medical Plans, 2 Fixed Indemnity Plans (Standard and Preferred), and 1 Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan.
