Recruitment and Onboarding Collaborate with the HR team and participate in recruiting strategies and events throughout the year Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, values, and sales processes Lead a Sales Training Program Design, implement, and evolve a comprehensive 612-month onboarding and training program Develop and deliver training content: sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM, territory management, and more Use engaging delivery methods (virtual, classroom, and hands-on role plays) Establish performance benchmarks and track trainee progress Coach and Mentor Talent Provide coaching and feedback to help trainees develop critical selling skills Pair new hires with mentors, monitor progress, and guide career development plans Create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and motivation Collaborate Across the Business Partner with sales leadership, HR, and regional managers to recruit top candidates Align training with company sales strategy, product priorities, and market dynamics Continuously gather feedback and adjust program for ongoing success What You Need
Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or Technical field preferred) 5+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial, distribution, or manufacturing preferred) Prior experience managing a sales training program for entry-level / recent graduates is highly preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to influence, energize, and inspire a team Willingness to travel 1015% The Ideal Candidate is
