Dorsey and Whitney LLP is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate with four to six years of experience to join the Anchorage office. This associate will work on a variety of issues including corporate and municipal governance, contracting, financings, real property, proxy statements, annual meetings, commercial telecommunications, and mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications
A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school Four to six years of experience, specifically with Alaska Native Corporations, Tribes, and corporate governance Alaska bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Alaska Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Excellent academic credentials Experience with Municipal law is helpful Benefits
