The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award-winning steakhouse - EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami's most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts. The position will assess the guest's needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary. Ideal candidates will have at 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience. Reading and oral proficiency in the English language. Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays. Must have a strong F&B knowledge. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
