What You Will Be Doing As a Commercial Territory Manager, you will develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services. You will generally focus on local market accounts and prospects, and may be responsible for a limited number of key or named accounts. Responsibilities: Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications and applicable regulations. Negotiate prices, terms of sale and service agreements. Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers. Set account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis. Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives as needed. **This role is a 100% remote position requiring travel throughout your territory. You must reside within the territory.** Qualifications
What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ year related experience. Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Intermediate industry and product knowledge. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software. What We Offer

Depending on the date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year. Compensation: The total compensation range for this position is $94,500 to $116,500 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure based on performance exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase.
