What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented Lead of Inclusion & Belonging to lead enterprise-wide programs that embed inclusion and belonging into our workplace culture. This role will focus on developing impactful learning experiences, creating clear and engaging communication strategies, and enabling leaders and teams to foster an inclusive environment where everyone has a voice and feels welcome. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with the Learning & Development team to design and launch Inclusion & Belonging learning programs (e.g., inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence, psychological safety). Create practical toolkits, guides, and resources to support inclusive behaviors, decision-making, and team practices across all levels of the organization. Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and alignment on Inclusion & Belonging efforts. Own and manage content for Inclusion & Belonging intranet pages, Viva Engage, and other internal platforms. Establish a regular cadence and organize high-impact events to foster inclusive workplace culture. Define key metrics, track outcomes, and regularly report on the impact inclusion programs are having on our employees and culture. Create communications that educate and engage employees around heritage months and key cultural celebrations. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Communications, and other internal stakeholders to align and amplify efforts that drive inclusion and belonging. Analyze data related to Inclusion & Belonging initiatives and assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations. Qualifications
What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years related experience. DEI and/or L&D experience preferred. Proven ability to design and implement programs that drive behavioral and cultural change. Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience crafting internal communications and executive-level presentations. Collaborative and agile; able to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and functions. Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity. This role is based in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
