AI Program Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and collaborative AI Program Manager to lead and support our organization's AI initiatives. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI programs deliver measurable value and long-term impact. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: Lead end-to-end management of AI programs from ideation to deployment Collaborate with executive leadership to define AI roadmaps and prioritize initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards Define KPIs and monitor performance of AI initiatives Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends Provide mentorship and guidance to team members Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field 46 years of experience in program management, product strategy, or AI/ML leadership PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and software development methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and industry-specific AI application Work Schedule: Typically, Monday
