Maintenance Tool and Die Technician (2nd Shift)
Our client is a consumer goods/appliance specialist looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, this person would be responsible for the maintenance of presses as well as the creating and repairing tooling throughout their facility. This facility is climate controlled and paid training is available. Responsibilities: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on mechanical systems. Maintains tooling and press equipment. Sharpens and makes shim sets for punches and dies. Develops fixtures for assembly and quality. Work with Tooling Engineers and Tool makers to develop and maintain dies and fixtures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
