The School of Architecture and Planning at UNM is accepting applications for temporary, part-time Faculty positions in the Architecture Department. The department is seeking faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate architectural design studios, courses, and seminars. The department also seeks instructors that can teach structures, professional practice, design fundamentals, graphic design, portfolio design, digital media, and various forms of visualization, including 3D software, fabrication, BIM modeling, etc. For best consideration please apply by these dates: June 30, 2025 for Fall Semester 2025 November 15, 2025 for Spring Semester 2026 April 15, 2026 for Summer Semester 2026 If you would like to be considered for multiple semesters please list preferences in your cover letter. Minimum Qualifications: Professionally accredited graduate architecture degree, such as the Master of Architecture or a Master's degree in another relevant degree (depending on the course content). Preferred Qualifications: Professional Experience Teaching Experience A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
