About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in Occupational / Work Medicine, you will work with a collegial team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide Occupational / Work Medicine Services to our Logan Clinic Patients. You will practice at Logan Clinic
Intermountain Health. Your weekly schedule will be 1 x 10 hr Day and 2 x 9 Hour Days. No On Call Duties. Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one. Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
