Cement & White Terminal Manager

What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance Coordinate inbound and outbound cement shipments with logistics and customers Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records Lead and develop terminal staff through coaching and performance management Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness What Are We Looking For Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proven ability to manage logistics and operational workflows Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and tracking Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, including both indoor office and outdoor terminal environments. It may require occasional lifting, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority in all aspects of the job.
