Business & Strategy Analyst

We're now seeking an exceptional Business & Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team as we accelerate our growth journey as a healthcare services leader. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the Business & Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and refining ImageFIRST's corporate strategy, supporting M&A activities through rigorous due diligence and valuation analyses, and ensuring successful integration of acquired assets. This position represents an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing analyst with strategy consulting and/or healthcare services investment banking experience to make a significant impact on an industry leading healthcare services organization during a period of transformative growth. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Corporate Strategy (60%) Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to help identify growth opportunities and pinpoint the most critical industry trends impacting the ImageFIRST business and transformational M&A opportunities. Develop financial models, and data-driven analyses to support executive decision-making on long-term strategic initiatives Support creation of compelling presentations for executive leadership and board meetings that articulate strategic recommendations with clarity and impact Support the development of the company's 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic plans, including growth targets, market expansion opportunities, and potential transformational M&A strategies Track and analyze key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and areas requiring attention M&A Support (25%) Assist in target identification, screening, and prioritization by conducting market assessments and analyzing potential acquisition targets Support M&A team financial modeling and valuation analyses to determine appropriate purchase prices and potential synergies Support due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing critical operational, financial, and market data and team problem solving Support development of investment theses and supporting materials for potential acquisitions, including target reach-out and development Create post-acquisition integration frameworks to maximize deal value and ensure smooth transitions Integration Support (15%) Help design integration playbooks, plans, and detailed checklists that align with acquisition strategies and synergy targets Support integration teams with data analysis, progress tracking, and reporting Develop and monitor KPIs to measure integration success and value capture Identify best practices from successful integrations to create a scalable integration playbook Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from a top-tier university 2-3 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte S&O) Exceptional analytical skills, including financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization Outstanding research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools Demonstrated passion for healthcare services and improving patient experiences Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Strong proficiency in Smartsheet Prior experience in healthcare services, private equity, or investment banking Familiarity with M&A processes and integration methodologies Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Knowledge of the healthcare linen, laundry, or facility services industries Company Values & Benefits
