Key Responsibilities: 1. Onsite Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between the Cloud team and other teams - Vendors, Native App, PMO, and System Engineering. Drive project timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, and deadlines. 2. Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. 3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize potential impacts on project delivery. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. 5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
