Corporate Title: Associate Location: New York, NY Overview: Private Banking (PB) US Operations is responsible for managing middle and back-office services including the oversight of outsourced services to third party vendors as well as services offshored to other Deutsche Bank locations. As an Operations Expert, you will be responsible for supporting Lending Operations in oversight of day-to-day activities as well as partner in strategic initiatives. Lending Document management function, providing support to auditors, support business escalations, build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, auditors, market vendors and internal divisions, support Bank's strategic initiatives and transformation related projects. The main responsibility is to provide an oversight to loan operations team offshore to activities that includes, but not limited to, processing of drawdowns, paydown, payment and interest for syndicated and bilateral deals Responsible for overall monitoring of routine lending operational task along with Lending Document Management Function like review, update, storage and retrieval of documents, Vault responsibilities Understand accounting like PnL, accrued interest and work with Finance Collaborate with team members across onshore and offshore location Identify process gaps and help drive process optimization. Work on New Product Approvals, Regulatory Reporting and Transformation Projects Support internal, external auditors with evidencing requests and timely attending to the queries Skills You'll Need: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Strong technical knowledge of loans as product. Hands on experience with reconciliation and life cycle management of loans Strong risk and control mindset including ability to escalate immediately Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Lending Document Management Expertise Skills That Will Help You Excel: Previous Loan IQ Experience Accounting hands on experience Self-motivated & Self-starter Excellent communication skills

The salary range for this position in New York City is $54,000 to $77,400. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
