We are looking for a full time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead our team here at Behavior Treatment & Analysis.The Clinical Supervisor is the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's responsible for oversight for an entire region of learners. The CS's role is to provide clinical support and guidance to Program Supervisor (Clinical Coordinator) to ensure treatment fidelity and procedural integrity across the client's intervention (included but not limited to staff/parent training development). The Clinical Supervisor is assigned to conduct initial assessments, indirect case management, and to ensure that the client's progress is continuous throughout the treatment period. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and treatment plans to address the behaviors of concern and client's deficit areas. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address clinical and administrative needs for each region. Maintain a clean driving record.
