Work Location: In-Person

Pay Range: Salaried Position - $70,000.00

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Job Summary: The Asset Management & Logistics Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all capital equipment movements, including scheduling and managing EnVisio shipments, tracking freight, and maintaining detailed ticket and asset records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment while maintaining full compliance with documentation standards and supporting service operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Job Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate all shipments of capital equipment, including new installations, loaners, service exchanges, and conferences. Create and manage service and feedback tickets in alignment with operational, quality, and compliance requirements. Track shipments end-to-end, providing proactive updates to internal teams and customers as needed. Monitor and report on freight carrier performance, maintaining key metrics to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery. Maintain positive relationships with freight carriers and interview new carriers as necessary. Maintain and update asset records, CRM, and device history files to ensure accurate lifecycle tracking of all equipment. Update and manage service ticket data to support service history and regulatory compliance. Manage equipment requests, including scheduling, approval, and internal allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally with service teams, supply chain, commercial operations, and customer service to ensure smooth equipment movement and data integrity. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency and record-keeping accuracy. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills along with the ability to handle and mitigate complex situations. Additional task as requested from leadership team.

Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA) highly preferred 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in medical devices or capital equipment Experience with asset tracking systems and service ticketing software Strong problem-solving abilities ERP system experience preferred

Required Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others Self-starter who has experience with developing and improving processes Strong understanding of freight and carrier management

Physical Requirements / Work Conditions: This position operates in a professional office setting Standard business hours, Monday through Friday Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, occasionally Minimal travel required, if any (e.g., for team meetings, trainings, or conferences)
