Clinic Manager

How you'll make us better: Responsible for leading and supporting a clinic team in partnership with the clinic's doctor to achieve smooth operations, high levels of patient and team member satisfaction, and growth and profitability of their practice locations. Creates and fosters positive relationships with the team, doctor, patients, and the community.Drive clinic growth and development through strategic planning, sales management, and execution of growth initiativesHold team accountable for hitting key metrics, and performance goalsEnsures protocols and processes are implementedServe as a liaison between the doctor and the team regarding team members work assignments, clinical priorities, and performancesManage controllable costs including but not limited to inventory, supplies, payroll, and maintenance to sustain and grow profitabilityLead community events and local store marketing effortsAssist with recruiting, hiring, performance evaluations, time keeping, training, and coachingHandle patient escalations and renegotiate contracts as neededEnsures compliance with OSHA, HIPPA and State Dental Board regulationsYour special skills:We're proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
