Experienced appliances technicians are paid highly competitive hourly wage based on experience and is superceded by a commission package when efficiently completing repairs. Technicians can also earn customer service and recruiting bonuses for doing great work and bringing new team members to the family. You can expect compensation second to none in our industry. Here's what you need: 2+ years' experience in the field as an appliance repair technician (or 1+ years' experience with equivalent technical or trade school), basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, a high school diploma (or equivalent), a clean driving record and background check. Our next technician should be familiar and comfortable with Electrolux, GE, LG, Insinkerator, Samsung and Whirlpool families of products and can tackle cooking, laundry, and refrigeration appliances (the wet, the hot, and the cold stuff!). The best candidates will have experience with boutique, high-end, and import brands. Specific Responsibilities

Provide professional communication to customers, stakeholders, and office Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment from customers for work performed Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced and secured Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Continue ongoing education for industry and manufacturer best practices and new technologies Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent 2 years experience as an appliance repair technician or 1 year experience as an appliance repair technician and trade school graduate Valid Driver's License with a clean record Must be at least 18 years of age Proficiency to navigate web and tablet-based technologies Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to compute basic arithmetic, algebra, and geometry The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
