Administrative Hearing Advisor Position Grade: 14 Position Summary: See the Position Description for additional information. Conditions of Employment: Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a directly related field; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing. The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Knowledge of legal documentation procedures and requirements. Knowledge of federal, state, and University compliance laws, guidelines, and procedures. Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.
