Ascension-Wisconsin is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) to join our Family Medicine team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension-Wisconsin to provide medical services to patients. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Minnesota Board of Nursing OR current home state license, if considered multi-state/Compact State, also accepted. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in. Verified by local credentialing office. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Verified by local credentialing office.
