Job Title: Client KYC Officer Associate Corporate Title: Associate Location: Miami, FL Overview This position collaborates directly with the Client Sales Manager (CSM), who oversees client relationships with our correspondent banking clients. The main responsibilities include completing client KYC (Know Your Customer) adoptions and reviews, ensuring strict compliance with Deutsche Bank's KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Additionally, the role provides vital support in managing non-financial risks associated with client relationships. Given the current regulatory and compliance landscape, a robust and efficient KYC process and strong non-financial risk management are essential. This makes the role critical to the Business's first line of defense. support KYC aspects of regular and ad hoc MIS reporting/analysis Skills You'll Need Good understanding of KYC laws/regulations, compliance risk as well as non-financial risk, and documentation aspects of KYC process Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority Ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Skills That Will Help You Excel Knowledge of Correspondent Banking Knowledge of the EU AML Directives Previous experience working for a large financial institution Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese MS Office, Outlook, Teams Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Miami office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
