and your future. As the Director, Global Product Operations, you will lead a team, driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and driving for seamless execution of key PD&SS functions. Your role will help align cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering solutions to meet critical GTM deadlines. About the Job

Strategic Vision and Planning: Strategy Development: Create operational strategies aligned with the Product Development, Sourcing & Supply organization's vision and goals.

Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and new ideas within the team.

Team Leadership & People Development: Manage a team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring that team members are equipped with the skills and support needed to succeed.

Manage Performance: Set goals and track progress within the product operations team.

Business Support: Oversee team that: Manage daily operations of digital tools, providing real-time assistance to users and ensuring seamless workflows.

Ensure training and support for all users are completed in time with business activities.

Support the team to assess and resolve issues keeping leadership and users aware of severe support issues, working with technical teams to escalate critical system challenges promptly and minimize impact to business deliverables.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Improve product development processes, workflows and solutions, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for system support, training, and change management across global teams.

Resolve production issues, escalating critical incidents and ensuring resolution of system and data-related challenges.

Digital Transformation & Change Management: Lead change management efforts for the use of new digital tools, including training, communications, and issue triaging post-launch support.

Lead system integration and data migration activities, in lock step with releases across multiple applications ensuring seamless transitions across systems.

Oversee training documentation, user support strategies, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring end-user engagement and satisfaction.

Resource Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze product performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product operations and performance.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Manage partner relationships and lead collaborative efforts across product development, vendors, planning, vendor management, brand ops, and technical support.

Gather business requirements, define use cases, and present solutions gaining agreement and buy-in from diverse teams.

Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination, ensuring understanding across business teams, product, design, and engineering.

About You: Bachelor's degree required.

10+ years of experience in the apparel industry with a deep knowledge of the apparel development process.

Digital Transformation: Expertise in PLM systems, digital tools (e.g., Miro, CLO 3D), and business process optimization.

Change Management & Training: Background in driving adoption of new digital tools, implementing change management strategies, and delivering training and user support.

You will report to our VP, Product Operations.

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $144,800 - $219,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
