Rapid Deployment Representative

This is an opportunity to work within a region and break into the pharmaceutical industry. This highly innovative and mobile role will challenge you to quickly master an exciting new product. Support vacant territories within your assigned geographical region, both virtually and face-to-face, ensuring consistent coverage and sustained sales momentum Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed established KPIs and sales goals Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including key opinion leaders, to educate on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage Deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating clinical data and product value to diverse healthcare providers Develop and implement strategic initiatives such as speaker programs, symposia, and special events to maximize market penetration Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance guidelines while upholding ethical and professional sales practices Participate actively in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices What do you need for this position? Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience 1+ years business to business or business to consumer sales experience required Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving territory business plans Ability and willingness to travel within a defined geographical region, including overnight stays Valid driver's license in good standing About Inizio Engage Inizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
