But at the heart of our business is our people. The Menzies Aviation Resource Planner will have the responsibility to oversee ramp manpower. This individual must have the ability to work under pressure assigning Ramp Crews as required. The Resource Planner is responsible for overseeing personnel, take accountability for safety, resource management, operations standards and communicate directly with Airport Customers as needed. Oversee daily ramp operations by managing manpower in real time, coordinating staffing with the resource clerk, and ensuring efficient flight handling through communication with Frontier resources and internal teams. Act as the central communication point for ramp operations, providing real-time updates to leadership and monitoring assigned radio channels for operational coordination. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in line with Simplicity USA and aviation industry standards, while proactively identifying and reporting operational deficiencies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airline station managers, airport staff, and government agencies, to maintain seamless ramp operations. Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside, operating motorized equipment and engaging in physically demanding tasks in confined spaces. Must be 18 years of age or older Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license Pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, and employment history.
