Paraprofessionals Certified In American Sign Language (ASL) Needed

The Amergis Educational Services Team is currently seeking paraprofessionals certified in American Sign Language (ASL) for schools within Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, and surrounding areas for the full 2025-26 school year. Position Details: Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Start Date: August 2025 Length of Contract: 2025-26 school year (high possibility of extension into the following school year and option to go internal directly with school) Benefits: Weekly pay, full benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, and more Other Details: Very quick interviews and feedback, virtual interviews Requirements: Sixty (60) or more college credit hours or an associate's degree or higher from an accredited school or a passing score on the Para Pro exam required. Must be certified in American Sign Language. * Please note that this pay range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation that will be offered for this position based on the circumstances. The school aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility, and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker, or other health care professional.
