Key Responsibilities:

Management Oversight

Labor Performance analysis and forecasting Loss and Exposure analysis and forecasting Cost of Servicing analysis and forecasting Develop operational driver-based reporting and analysis that create actionable insights into the performance of the servicing operation. Lead the implementation and ongoing improvements of our planning and forecasting technology.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support the Operational Planning and Forecasting team. Create a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Foster cross-functional collaboration with business unit leadership.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred. Experience:

10+ years in mortgage servicing operations or financial planning. 7+ years in progressive leadership roles.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of mortgage servicing operations. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Ability to trace and manage cost interdependencies. Technologically savvy with comfort in data systems and tools. Proven problem-solving abilities and process mapping experience. An effective communicator who can explain and lead change initiatives.
