What You’ll Do Collaborate with corporate clients to plan and execute unforgettable experiences Manage top vendors, venues, restaurants, yachts, and transportation Oversee onsite operations: setup, florals, AV, staging, power, hotel load-ins, and strikes Track budgets, expenses, receipts, and ensure financial alignment Build strong relationships with suppliers, hotel teams, and clients Help improve operational processes and best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred (Events, Hospitality, or related) 2–3+ years in corporate events or program management Knowledge of South Florida: Miami, Broward, Boca, Palm Beach Strong project management and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Problem-solver who can pivot and adapt on the fly Willingness to work flexible hours as events demand Why Advantage DMS?
