Joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, bringing your experience, perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address current challenges and lay the foundation for future success. As a Director, you will be involved in client delivery, business development, team leadership, and mentorship, as well as participating in CrossCountry’s leadership team. Candidates must reside in one of the following markets: DC, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle. What You'll Do
Drive client engagements to successfully plan and complete complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, with a focus on carve-outs and divestitures. Develop target operating models, process re-engineering, transaction program management, and Transition Service Agreements, acting as a strategic advisor for client’s acquisition integration, separation management, and IPO activities. Advise clients on strategic objectives, transaction planning, risk mitigation, and deal execution. Manage relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders and third-party advisors, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Collaborate across Business Transformation functions to support during off-market periods, providing seamless assistance and maintaining focus on transactional responsibilities. Participate in business development and market services to prospective clients, leveraging existing relationships. Work with both CrossCountry and client teams to address business obstacles, offering solutions and creating impactful deliverables. Mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, and help resolve complex issues. Identify industry trends and assess their impact on clients. Contribute to talent acquisition efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and retention. What You'll Bring
15+ years of experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting). Expertise in transactions, especially divestitures and carve-outs. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Proven success in building strong client relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or similar. Willingness to travel as per client needs.
