Role Overview As part of AI&D, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking initiatives that shape New York Life's digital landscape. Leverage cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to increase productivity, streamline processes, and create seamless experiences for clients, agents, and employees. Your expertise fuels innovation, agility, and growth — driving the company's success. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide analytics and AI integration into decision-making and strategy development. Insights Leadership: Lead initiatives to generate insights that shape enterprise strategies, emphasizing customer and agent experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions. Analytics Execution: Oversee analyses to solve complex challenges, translating findings into actionable insights. Analytics Enablement: Promote a culture of insights sharing and effective data use across teams. AI Integration: Lead AI-driven capabilities within analytics workflows. Executive Communication: Present clear, impactful recommendations to senior leadership. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop analytics teams for enterprise impact. Culture Building: Foster an organization-wide data-driven mindset. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data, AI, and platform teams to enhance analytics capabilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Python, GenAI understanding, and cloud analytics platforms. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in analytics or data strategy leadership, with proven impact. 5+ years managing teams and scaling analytics initiatives. Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau, Python/SQL ecosystems. Strong expertise in analytics frameworks and techniques. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. Knowledge of AI/ML applications in analytics. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills. Strategic and hands-on problem-solving ability. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $155,000-$267,500
