About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Client Relationship Leader for our growing CAAS practice in Seattle. CAAS provides customized accounting support on an interim and project basis for our clients – public, private and nonprofits ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. We are looking for someone who has the drive of a business owner, entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to make a difference for our clients. As a Client Relationship Leader, you will: Expand existing client relationships as well as build your network to develop new relationships in the community. Work closely with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to drive business and service offerings. Recognize opportunities, problem solve and close business, especially at strategically targeted accounts. Implement a sales strategy for new account prospects, prepare client presentations, and attend local and regional networking events representing CLA. Effectively project manage ongoing engagements to meet client needs. Maintain business development targets and sales activities in CRM. What you will need: A minimum of 10 years of work experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting as well as industry experience. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required. CPA certification is preferred but not required. A client services delivery orientation, relationship building experience, and drive to participate in business development initiatives. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
