Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and design minded

Account Executive

to join the ColorLab team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between creative vision and execution, partnering with clients to understand their goals and guiding them through the process of transforming ideas into immersive meaningful spaces.

You’re a connector, a listener and a trusted partner. You thrive in building relationships that go beyond transactions. You understand that every project is personal and you treat it that way.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across education, faith-based organizations and creative sectors. Conduct cold calls, emails and social outreach to generate qualified leads and set discovery meetings. Consult with clients to understand their brand, values and space needs, translating these into impactful visual solutions Collaborate with internal design, production and installation to ensure seamless project delivery. Lead presentations and proposals that inspire confidence and creativity. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-functional solutions. Represent ColorLab at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in design, print or creative services. An enthusiasm to proactively identify and research new business opportunities across target markets. A genuine passion for community engagement, with a strong appreciation for the values and missions of faith-based organizations and educational institutions. Strong communication and consultative selling services. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
