Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee Higher Education, Healthcare, and/or Municipal construction projects from start to finish for a Top ENR General Contractor in Las Vegas!!

This is a extremely reputable firm with low turnover and a very strong backlog of large diverse commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. This position will entail ground up projects ranging from $50M-$200M.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Requirements
10-15+ years of experience in Commercial Construction - education, healthcare, or municipal ground up projects are required. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software Strong scheduling skills
