*STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Education for our PM/CM Group in New Jersey.

Key responsibilities include organizing cross-functional activities, coordinating project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule, and budget). The candidate should be capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects. Responsibilities also include managing project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. The role involves participating in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. The Senior Project Manager will plan the complete project execution, develop the project manual, and work with Senior Managers to monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and spending performance. Activities related to scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk management are critical to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 15+ years of experience with knowledge of K-12 or Higher Education construction projects starting from $50M. Experience as a senior member of STV interacting with clients on-site. Ability to assist senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Capable of helping procure work opportunities within the market sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; good verbal and written communication skills. Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder is a plus. Certifications such as LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are advantageous but not required. Formal training in project management is preferred. Understanding of project contract terms and scope of work is essential. Compensation Range:
