Develop and maintain a roadmap for cathode material development Design and synthesize new cathode recipes aligned with vehicle and battery goals Optimize existing materials to improve performance and reduce costs Lead a team through hands-on development and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process monitoring and quality assurance Translate lab innovations into scalable production practices Qualifications
5–10 years experience in developing and scaling cathode materials Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) Experience with lithium-ion cell testing is preferred Understanding of cathode material lifecycle from raw materials to finished product Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field Benefits Competitive salary ($96,000 - $216,000/year), stock options, and comprehensive benefits starting day 1, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
