Position Overview The Vice President of Digital Marketing and Paid Media is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, visibility, and engagement. This role manages agency relationships, leads performance marketing, and oversees the digital ecosystem including app, website, loyalty, and CRM to deliver seamless, data-driven customer experiences and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate has expertise in awareness and conversion campaigns, digital media channels, and a proven track record of results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across channels, including programmatic, display, paid social, CTV, OTT, and emerging platforms. Oversee digital customer experience on owned channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and optimal user journeys. Drive loyalty program strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value. Manage CRM strategies, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and automated campaigns. Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure KPIs are met and ROI is maximized. Lead performance marketing efforts, focusing on paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing. Collaborate with product, tech, and creative teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences. Analyze and report on digital metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively. Lead planning and optimization of integrated campaigns across digital channels. Manage and mentor the marketing team. Pay Range $180,000 - $250,000 Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 12+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ in leadership roles Experience managing digital platforms, CRM, and loyalty programs Strong analytical skills and experience with media measurement and attribution Advanced knowledge of paid media channels and digital tech stacks Proven success in scaling CRM and loyalty initiatives Exceptional leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Additional Details
