We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own critical internal reporting that informs decision-making across Talent, Marketing, and other teams. This high-impact role involves transforming manual, error-prone reporting processes—primarily in Google Sheets—into automated, scalable dashboards. You will enable stakeholders to gain accurate insights more quickly, reduce reporting overhead, and lay the groundwork for long-term data excellence. Where you will work:

This position is based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office three days per week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. What you will do:

Manage and maintain key dashboards, such as the Talent Dashboard and Marketing Performance Metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionability. Collaborate with Talent, Marketing, and other teams to understand reporting needs and develop data solutions. Convert existing Google Sheets reports into automated dashboards using BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar. Create scalable data pipelines with the data engineering team. Identify gaps in reporting and develop new dashboards and insights proactively. Maintain and improve dashboards to meet evolving business needs. Ensure consistent metric definitions across teams. Promote best practices in data visualization, documentation, and stakeholder communication. What you will bring to the team:

At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related data-focused role. Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with Google Sheets, including its limitations and strengths. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions across functions. Independence and ownership of reporting projects from start to finish. Attention to detail, with a focus on automation and scalability. Bonus: Experience with dbt, BigQuery, or data engineering workflows. Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications and skills. The role includes eligibility for equity incentives and benefits such as flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more. Fraud and Security Notice:
