Role Overview The Sr. IT Functional MDM/PDH Analyst will have a strong background in Oracle MDM and PLM processes, preferably in Oracle Product Data Hub. The role focuses on leading industry best practices around PLM and MDM, managing business requirements supporting MDM, and supporting processes that enhance real-time collaboration such as dashboards and integrations. The role requires collaboration across functions to support data governance around PLM, troubleshooting, process management, and knowledge in data cleansing, auditing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. The candidate will develop and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures to support MDM and PLM initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement functional and technical solutions to meet business requirements. Lead all phases of system implementation: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and rollout. Provide functional and testing expertise in Supply Chain, Distributions, Manufacturing, or Finance. Assess project impacts and manage scope, requirements, and risks. Lead configuration, testing, and issue resolution activities. Follow SDLC and SQA practices to ensure quality. Manage project deadlines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders. Support troubleshooting, issue management, and data governance. Travel approximately 25%, typically 1 week per month. Qualifications

Minimum:

6+ years in Oracle MDM/PLM processes, with leadership experience in similar manufacturing roles. Preferred:

10+ years in Oracle MDM/PLM processes, with leadership in similar manufacturing roles. Education Minimum: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $107,144 - $150,002 annually. Benefits details can be found here.
