Job Overview As a Legal Data Intelligence Education Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client usage and adoption for all Relativity products across Legal Data Intelligence and the EDRM spectrum. You will work under the general direction of managers and Legal Data Intelligence Education Architects. Posting Type:
Remote/Hybrid Responsibilities: Advise and teach customers Relativity workflow solutions through proactive outreach, content creation, presentations, and responding to escalated inquiries. Develop onboarding guides and workflows to ensure successful use of Relativity tailored to client needs. Engage with customers to promote product adoption and satisfaction. Represent customer perspectives internally to influence product development. Assist with administrative functions and manage interdepartmental projects. Provide thought leadership by speaking at industry events. Qualifications: Expertise in Relativity Strong project management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills At least seven years of e-discovery industry experience Problem-solving abilities Advanced knowledge of core Relativity Applications, Text Analytics, Assisted Review, Processing, and general knowledge of Collection and Legal Hold Compensation:
Relativity offers competitive total compensation, including base salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives. The salary range is $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
