A quantitative developer will join a small engineering team within the Central Research Technology Team, working closely with systematic Portfolio Managers to build, operate, and evolve their technical stack. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to accelerate their time-to-market or upgrade existing platforms. This role offers exposure to all aspects of systematic investing, with a focus on solving technical challenges within a modular platform, directly contributing to the success of Portfolio Managers. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain data pipelines Create intraday signal research tools Support mid and high-frequency trading and backtesting Manage real-time market data systems Develop technical and financial monitoring systems Design and implement GUIs Handle data storage, time series databases, and event correlation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 2-5 years of experience in a demanding industry such as high-frequency trading, hardware, or gaming Proficiency in C++ Fluency in Python Linux administration skills Knowledge of computer architecture, databases, real-time systems, and distributed computing Attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a sense of ownership Commitment to high ethical standards The annual base salary ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 (USD), excluding bonuses and benefits.
