What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies across Shared Services functions - Serve as a thought leader for CI programs, emphasizing Lean and Six Sigma principles - Partner with functional leaders to identify and execute improvement initiatives - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction - Mentor and coach leaders and teams on CI tools and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred - 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in CI roles within Shared Services or service-based environments - Proven success in deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in non-manufacturing settings - Strong program and project management skills; certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred - Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, Prosci)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proficiency in CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Root Cause Analysis - Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills - Experience leading enterprise-wide CI transformations and strategy deployment
