D365 Business Central Developer 145k Benefits – Remote (US-Based) A Microsoft Partner focused on mid-market ERP solutions is hiring a skilled D365 Business Central Developer to support their growing customer base across the US. You’ll join a collaborative team of functional and technical professionals, working on new implementations, upgrades, and ongoing solution enhancements. This is an excellent role for developers who are passionate about writing clean, scalable AL code and contributing to solution design. Responsibilities Design and develop extensions using AL and the BC development toolkit Customise Business Central based on client-specific requirements Collaborate with consultants and PMs to deliver solutions on time and budget Assist with upgrades, migrations, and integration with other systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments Maintain development documentation and follow coding standards Experience 3 years of hands-on development with D365 Business Central or NAV Proficiency with AL, Visual Studio Code, and source control (Git) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience working within Microsoft Partner or ISV environments Familiarity with Business Central APIs and integrations is a plus Solid communication and remote collaboration skills Salary Base salary of 145,000 plus full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and training.
