This position is responsible for the preparation and management of regulatory reporting and related tasks, including supervising subordinates and taking initiative in various projects and procedure enhancements in the regulatory reporting area. Responsibilities 1.

Lead centralized regulatory reporting function for the branch ·

Lead updates to the Regulatory Reporting Overview procedure and ensuring all the Report Content Owners, Report Production Owners, Data providers and Request For Information providers are compliant with relevant policies, procedures and manuals. 2. Execute the Roles of Report Content Owner (RCO) which include but not limited to: ·

Responsible for the final review of regulatory reports. ·

Identify new reports, collaborating with stakeholders on the new report intake process, and determining the report tiering and Report Production Owner assignment. · Confirm change to existing report metadata or deletions in the report inventory are reviewed and approved. ·

Oversee a second level review performed on FFIEC002 prior to filing. ·

Establish expectations in the form of procedures and/or standards for the report production owners to ensure reports follow MUTB NY’s policy for compliance. ·

Provide regulatory interpretation guidance to Regulatory Reporting with regards to published regulatory instructions and guidance, including monitoring the Federal Register for new reporting requirements proposed and/or finalized by the Regulators or for changes to existing reports currently filed by MUTB NY. 3. Perform the Roles of Report Production Owner (RPO) which include but not limited to: ·

Accountable for generating content and perform final review of the regulatory report for accuracy and completeness, defining, and documenting individual report production processes, and using of applicable Consumption Layer controls. ·

Develop and implement process to produce the report in accordance with minimum control requirements defined in MUTB NY policy - including identification and implementation of Data Management controls. ·

Determine significant report modifications and required notification. 4. Demonstrate Expertise of Schedule T and oversee FR2052a daily activities. ·

Provide key knowledge of fiduciary activities and schedule T reporting requirement and experience of filing schedule T . ·

Communicate with FR2052a CUSO SME and review and update reporting logic and make enhancement as necessary. 5. Training/Coaching/managing regulatory reporting members ·

Ensure RCO delegates and regulatory reporting team are trained on reporting requirements. ·

Oversee subordinates and educate/coach junior level staff and associates • Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management. Skills & Requirements Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience. •Regulatory reporting knowledge and experience, including schedule T, are required. • Prior supervisory skills required. •Team player with good communications and writing skills. •Must be self-motivated, responsible and result-oriented and shows flexibility in dealing with changing situations. • Strong communication skills both verbal and writing, with attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and a fast learner. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products. • Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously. • Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs. The typical base pay range for this role is between $165K - $185K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
