Program Manager – Medical Device Drug Delivery Indianapolis, IN (Onsite – East Side) Salary: $120K–$145K DOE + Bonus Potential up to 30% Full-Time | Day Schedule with Flexible Start (6:30–9:00 AM) Are you a driven Program Manager with a passion for life-saving technologies and cross-functional leadership? Join a rapidly growing medical solutions manufacturer as we continue to deliver innovative drug delivery devices that enhance patient care and transform lives. We’re seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex medical device drug delivery programs from initial concept through launch and sustaining production. This is a growth-driven role with exposure to cutting-edge automated assembly lines, interfacing closely with both internal teams and high-profile clients in the life sciences space. What You’ll Do: Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing project plans focused on cost, quality, and delivery. Oversee product launches and drive continuous improvement on existing production lines. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Build Gantt charts, monitor timelines, and own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs. Communicate root cause analysis and corrective actions effectively across all organizational levels. Work on-site with hands-on access to advanced automated drug delivery equipment. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing, ideally drug delivery systems. Background in FDA-regulated or life sciences industries is essential. Proven success in negotiating quotes and managing multiple programs simultaneously. Exceptional communication and influencing skills with high resilience and adaptability. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Advanced degree or PMP preferred). Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact, full-time,
