About the Role The Senior Manager, Operations, will translate functional plans into operational objectives and lead large projects across multiple areas. This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects, engaging with executive leadership, and ensuring operational processes align with strategic and financial goals. The position demands a commitment to company values, supporting organizational change, and fostering a culture of excellence. In-depth industry knowledge, financial acumen, and budget management skills are essential. Translate functional plans into operational strategies and initiatives. Ensure execution aligns with financial plans; manage budgets. Lead and embody our culture and leadership standards; support change initiatives. Manage activities across multiple disciplines or departments, supervising managers or contributors. Drive the strategy and success of large, organization-wide projects. Translate plans into operational objectives and guide teams to deliver results. Contribute to financial planning; manage specific budgets. Engage with leadership, including executives, on cross-functional and customer matters, persuading and influencing effectively. Analyze complex situations, applying organizational knowledge and strategic thinking. Uphold and model company values; hold others accountable. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant experience, including managerial roles managing large teams and projects. Strong communication, interpersonal, financial, and regulatory knowledge. Ability to support organizational change and hold others accountable to values. Current security clearance or ability to obtain one. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience with satellite and spacecraft component production. Leadership in change management and process improvement. Data-driven decision-making skills. Familiarity with project management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing principles. Experience in aerospace, defense, or military sectors. Important Notice:
