This hybrid role includes telework 2 days per week and on-site work 3 days per week. Local candidates only. Responsibilities Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. Research and document user workflows, design front-end systems, create mockups, gather user feedback, and collaborate with development teams. Support migration to cloud systems. Work with developers, managers, and engineers to ensure products are modern, usable, and innovative. Requirements Experience with user surveys, focus groups, and gathering user feedback. Experience collaborating with application developers and designers to create UI specifications. Experience researching user requirements, tasks, workflows, and scenarios. Experience conducting usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, PenPot. Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills Advanced degrees or certifications in Human Factors Engineering or Human-Centered Computing are a plus.
