In this role, you'll: Evangelize our radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers understand Pure's value proposition Build and invest in customer relationships to establish Pure's value, driving high customer satisfaction Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for winning new customers Manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas What You'll Need to Bring to This Role...

Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their challenges Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset; applying customer insights to position Pure's solutions A proven hunter with prospecting skills, capable of opening new doors and navigating between the boardroom and data center Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication Ability to plan and manage a territory for maximum revenue Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and fostering teamwork A track record of exceeding quotas and generating referenceable business Passion for post-sales customer success 5+ years in outside sales focusing on new logo acquisition or business development, generating $5-$10M annually The annual base salary range is $126,500 - $202,500, depending on role, level, and location.
