We are seeking a proficient and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategic planning to new heights. Key Responsibilities
Communicate cash flow needs and updates to ownership and senior leadership Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with input from department managers Analyze financial results to support decisions and improve performance Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a timely basis Establish and maintain financial policies, controls, and procedures Oversee purchasing, payroll, inventory, cash handling, credit, and records Prepare and deliver all financial reporting in line with company standards and deadlines Monitor revenue, manage expenses, and identify opportunities to increase profitability Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving measures Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, lease, and contract requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of financial leadership experience in hospitality Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting skills Excellent communicator, able to explain financial matters clearly to non-financial leaders Comfortable working with complex financial data and systems CPA required
