Data Analytics Manager

The Data Analytics Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and business intelligence within the Claims organization. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed analytics teams, with the ability to align data insights with business objectives while fostering the professional growth of team members. The role primarily involves leading a team of analysts, prioritizing high-impact analyses, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Claims, Finance, Business Intelligence, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and execution of performance reporting and KPI measurement, including Service Quality, Severity, Growth, Turnover, Efficiencies, and Accuracy. Provide forecasting and trend analysis to anticipate business challenges and opportunities. Develop and deliver executive-ready insights and reports that translate data into strategic recommendations. Lead projects involving statistical modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and clustering to ensure analytics drive meaningful business impact. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple reporting initiatives. Manage and mentor a team of analysts, providing necessary resources, training, and guidance. Identify and implement best practices for data mining, forecasting, and root cause analysis. Evaluate and recommend process improvements, leveraging automation and scalable analytics solutions. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Experience in data analytics, financial modeling, or business intelligence, including managing analytics teams. Proficiency with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Excel. Claims or insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory. Additional Details: Starting pay range: $117,600.00 - $156,400.00 Eligibility for an incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance.
