in the Technology Licensing Office will oversee Bayh-Dole and sponsor compliance activities, optimize operational aspects of technology transfer including data management, IS/IT infrastructure, HR support, and facilities management. Required:

Bachelor's degree, at least seven years of experience in administration, operations, or project management; experience in technology transfer within an academic or research environment; knowledge of federal regulations, especially the Bayh-Dole Act; skills in managing complex projects, developing operational policies, and leading teams; data management proficiency; excellent communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred:

Advanced degree, experience in large research university operations, familiarity with Salesforce, HR guidelines, and facilities management. Job #24955-11 Salary range: $135,000-$155,000.
