Director of Program Services Job Duties: As part of the Director of Program Services team, you will work with a collaborative, dedicated, and skilled multidisciplinary group to support compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards for the programs, while meeting all reporting requirements. Full-Time, Hybrid with 75% travel. Must visit campuses throughout California and may work remotely at times. Schedule: Full-Time Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in an inpatient mental health setting. At least 2 years' experience working in a Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). BA/BS in psychology, social work, or related field. MA/MS, CPRP, or relevant license. Expertise in psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery-based practices, evidence-based practices, and current best practices. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
